Matt is a 3rd generation builder who started small, building a few houses a year, and continued fine-tuning the trade and expanding the Cozort Custom Homes name. He is passionate about doing the right thing and building the best houses in the Tulsa area.
Angela left a 20+ year career in senior living to join her husband Matt and grow their business together. Angela is a licensed real estate agent and assists the team in all the finishing touches. If you’re building with Cozort Custom Homes, Angela can get your old home listed!
Brian oversees every aspect of the construction process, guaranteeing that our homes meet the highest standards. Outside of work, Brian has a passion for hunting and loves spending time with his wife and kids.
Chad plays a key role in making sure every home we build meets the high standards our clients expect. He’s on-site every day, managing the details and keeping things on track. His commitment and attention to detail are essential to the success of Cozort Custom Homes.
With a degree in marketing and 5 years of hands-on experience, Makenna leads our marketing strategies with a blend of creativity and expertise. Her innovative approach helps connect clients with their dream homes while driving the success of our team. When she’s not strategizing, Makenna loves sourcing unique vintage treasures throughout the Tulsa area!
Kim brings experience and a true passion for organization to the Cozort team. With a background in accounting and financial management, she ensures every project runs smoothly behind the scenes — from budgeting and vendor coordination to keeping our systems efficient and accurate.

The Cozort family has been building homes since 1968, from Calvin to Russell to Matt, who has led the business for more than 20 years. Cozort Custom Homes, Inc. was established in 2005 and is based in Bixby.

Since 1968. Matt Cozort is a third-generation builder, following his grandfather Calvin and father Russell. Cozort Custom Homes, Inc. was established in 2005.
Matt Cozort is President and Owner. His wife Angela Cozort is a licensed Realtor who leads design finishing touches and can list your current home.
Cozort is a four-time Tulsa Parade of Homes 1st Place winner (HBA of Greater Tulsa: 2019, 2020, 2021, 2023) and was voted Best Home Builder in Tulsa World's 2026 Best in the World.
